It is my pleasure to announce the addition of Kim Voge to our staff. Kim is a nationally recognized leader in the field of online learning and technology. With her as our elementary teacher you can be assured our students will experience high quality engaging learning!
Kim has been an educator for the Placentia Yorba Linda Unified School district for 26 years. For seven years, she served as the Digital Learning Instructional Coach, researching the best pedagogical practices and technology integration. With 19 years in the classroom, she has knowledge across multiple grade levels.
In addition to having a Master’s Degree in Technology and Learning, she has earned multiple certifications including: Google Teacher Certification Level 1 and 2, Google Certified Trainer, Leading Edge Certification in Blended and Online Learning. Most recently, she earned the ISTE Certification (International Society for Technology in Education). There are less than 700 people with this certification worldwide! She is a Lead Learner for the CUE organization and was most recently the director for the CUE BOLD event which trained over 1500 teachers in Blended Online Lesson Design.
Ms. Voge says, "Our year is going to be full of unique experiences and failure (first attempt in learning unless reflection exists) will be embraced. That’s when the learning begins! It’s going to be a great year building our community of learners! I look forward to this adventure with your children."
