High School Pathways

At Buena Vista Virtual Academy we realize that each student has unique needs. We have developed pathways to help students get the most out of their high school experience. You can also talk to our Counselor about creating your own pathway that combines two or more of these. You can take up to 2 classes at your home school, please see the concurrent form at the end of this page. Fill it out and email it to our school counselor at [email protected] if you are interested in taking concurrent classes at your home school.

Focus of Pathway	Intense Focus: Students complete one course at a time finishing in four weeks.	Wellness: Students work on one to three courses and build skills that will help them attend daily, return to a traditional school, and increase independence.	Online: Students complete work at home and meet with teachers virtually once a week.	Concurrent College Enrollment: Enrollment at Fullerton College allows students to complete their Freshman year in college by HS graduation.
